Star Shine Vest is a star-type Prism Stone worn by Rizumu Amamiya. It goes with the Star Shine Frill Skirt.
Description
A white tanktop with a slightly ruffled section at the chest is worn underneath a shimmering indigo vest with white lining. It is worn with a dark blue-black tie decorated with many golden stars.
Anime
Originally, this was the default and mainly used outfit for Rizumu during the first season. She was shown wearing it in and out of the anime through various things.
In official anime related work, the glittery texture is gone and the tie loses the print while turning dark blue.
